Apple’s cooperation luck shine at patent case against Samsung as Apple win the case and jury awarded Apple $ 1.05 billions as damages in its patent case against a growing cellular giant company Samsung. It is a huge victory of Apple on Samsung as they will able to keep out Samsung product from the US market.
The jury found that Samsung volatile the patent of Apple. Patent like Samsung copied the physical look of iPad, the other is the icons on screen and the finger detection gestures are copied by Samsung. Samsung really struggle and fight against Apple patent case but the jury not found anything wrong of violation of limits against Apple.
A number of market observer also observe that Apple likely to attack over the Google’s android mobile operating system as it used by a large number of customers over the whole world. Samsung is ahead as the largest and premier Android device manufacture in the world and it outselling their devices largely as compared to Apple’s devices this will also a down point for Apple in number of sales unit.However, there is not a topic over android market. Samsung loss was not based on Android market. Anyway, $ 1.05 billions award for Apple will hurt Samsung as its total profits for the first quarter of the year 2012 were more than $5 billion. Apple now able to exclude Samsung products from the major giant US market.
